1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to GN Travel Marketing LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related interactions with our agency. By accessing our website, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

GN Travel Marketing LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.


2. Service Description and Scope

GN Travel Marketing LLC is a digital marketing agency that provides done-for-you marketing services to travel agents and travel business owners. Our services include, but are not limited to: social media marketing, branding, Facebook advertising, community engagement, graphic design, virtual assistant services, and other marketing support.

We offer:

  • Monthly subscription-based packages

  • Project-based services

  • Custom one-time solutions


The specific details of each service — such as deliverables, timelines, and communication — are outlined in your onboarding form, intake questionnaire, or written proposal. All services begin only after required documents and payment have been submitted.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information, branding materials, and necessary content

  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or updates in a timely manner

  • Ensure that any travel promotions or deals shared with GN Travel Marketing LLC follow legal, supplier, or compliance requirements

  • Respect internal processes and boundaries regarding communication and file access

We are not liable for delays or missed deadlines due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.


4. Payment Terms

All services require full or partial payment upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments through secure third-party platforms, including Stripe, PayPal, and Wise.

For subscription-based services:

  • Clients are billed on a recurring monthly basis using the original payment method provided

  • Charges will continue unless the client submits a written cancellation as outlined in our cancellation terms

  • Invoices may be issued and due upon receipt, or set to auto-renew depending on the service selected

 

Late payments may result in paused services or additional charges. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received.


5. Billing Cycles and Renewals

For monthly subscriptions, billing is automatically processed on the same calendar day each month, based on the original start date, using the payment method provided at onboarding.

If a payment fails or is missed:

  • Access to services may be paused after 5 business days of non-payment

  • Services may be fully terminated after 7 business days if payment remains unresolved


Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment details are current. GN Travel Marketing LLC is not liable for disruptions caused by failed or expired payment methods.


6. Refund Policy

All payments made to GN Travel Marketing LLC are strictly non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Subscription-based services

  • Project-based packages

  • One-time marketing services


Once a service has started or deliverables are in progress, no refunds will be provided, even if the client discontinues the service early. Refunds are not offered for unused deliverables, delayed client response, or missed scheduled sessions.


7. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel subscription services by submitting a written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date. Cancellations submitted late may result in one final billing cycle before the cancellation takes effect.

We understand that rare, serious circumstances may require contract termination. We reserve the right to review such requests on a case-by-case basis. However, clients are not permitted to cancel services mid-contract without valid reason and expect a refund or waived payment.

Upon confirmed cancellation:

  • Service access and shared platform access (e.g., Google Drive, Notion) will be revoked at the end of the billing cycle

  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before official termination


GN Travel Marketing LLC also reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, misuse, or violations of these Terms.


8. No Guarantee of Results

While GN Travel Marketing LLC aims to deliver quality service, support, and strategy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to:

  • Increased sales or bookings

  • Follower growth or social reach

  • Platform performance (e.g., ad delivery, algorithm exposure)


Many marketing results depend on external factors such as client input, target audience behavior, algorithm changes, and market conditions. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges this and agrees that GN Travel Marketing LLC is not liable for unrealized expectations or outcomes.


9. Limitation of Liability

GN Travel Marketing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We are also not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or restrictions (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Canva, email software)

  • Ad account bans, rejected content, or algorithm changes

  • Delays caused by third-party tools or incomplete client input


Clients understand that marketing outcomes can vary and agree not to hold GN Travel Marketing responsible for circumstances outside of our control.


10. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of private and sensitive business information, including strategies, processes, pricing, and content shared throughout the service.

Clients also agree not to publicly slander, defame, or make negative public statements about GN Travel Marketing, its team, or its services on social media, reviews, or public platforms. Feedback or concerns should be addressed privately via email or a scheduled meeting.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of services and removal from any associated communities or platforms.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, graphics, captions, strategies, and digital materials created by GN Travel Marketing remain the intellectual property of our agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted limited usage rights for their business only. The content may not be duplicated, resold, distributed, or shared with others outside of the agreed scope.

Any unauthorized use or replication of our intellectual property may lead to legal action.


12. Independent Contractor Relationship

GN Travel Marketing and its team members operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between the client and our team.

If virtual assistants or staff are assigned to support your business:

  • They are managed directly by GN Travel Marketing

  • Clients are not allowed to hire, contract, or communicate with them outside of our agency’s official channels


This clause protects our team and ensures professional boundaries are maintained.


13. Force Majeure

GN Travel Marketing is not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver services due to unexpected events that are outside of our control. This includes natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, third-party platform issues, government restrictions, or emergencies.

If something like this happens, we will do our best to resume service as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for service delays caused by these types of events.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, they will be posted on our website, and the updates will take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. If you continue using our services after updates are posted, it means you accept the changes.


15. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a legal issue arises, we will first try to resolve it privately and respectfully.

If a solution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled through the proper legal process in: Purok Malinawon, Lun Padidu, Malapatan, Sarangani Province, Philippines
